MoneyFinders, Australia. Has limited search capability, in that it will only search by your surname, but it certainly gives the most results. However, if your surname is Smith, you'll have 39 pages to look through. That search will also show results for Arrowsmith, and Atkinsmith, etc.
The results page has an 'old address' column, which makes it easier identifying your money. The results also show the amount owing.

ASIC's FIDO works really well. Just enter your full name and it'll give you a heap of information, including the name of the institution if there's money owing to you!
